In this project, the apartments are in their original state before reconstruction, so everyone can subsequently adapt them to their own taste and comfort.
A total of 19 apartment units are located in a six-storey brick building on the main street of Vršovice.
Each apartment unit also has a cellar and some have a balcony. The common areas, corridors, lights and the facade of the building will be completely new.

The Vršovice location belongs to the wider centre of Prague, so all civic amenities are easily accessible. The city centre can be reached in 10 minutes by tram, the Vršovice train station is also within walking distance.
