Dolfin Homes has obtained the building permit for its flagship project Laurinská 19, located on one of the most beautiful streets in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Bratislava.
The project consists in the complete restoration of this national historic landmark and will offer a mix of shops, restaurants and high standard apartments.
Works are expected to start in early 2025.
Laurinská 19 will finally come to life after many years of neglect.
